Refund policy

We want you and/or your loved one to be completely happy with your purchase from 3Wise Gifts. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shop3wisegifts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A return fee will be deducted from your original payment amount. 

Our Guarantee

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email info@shop3wisegifts.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $7 handling fee on all refunds, while exchanges are free.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shop3wisegifts.com.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@shop3wisegifts.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@shop3wisegifts.com.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
